About

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU

Injuries have causes -- they don't simply befall us from fate or bad luck.

To prevent injuries it is necessary to have information about the factors that contribute to their occurrence. With this information we may understand the options for prevention. Effective injury prevention requires a multifaceted, multidisciplinary approach.

Sports injuries can happen because of poor conditioning, trauma, or muscle overuse.

Before you begin playing a sport, it’s important to start a program designed to help in developing and enhancing sport specific performance, agility, multidirectional speed and overall strength. . Once you are fit, you can withstand the often unexpected demands on the body that come with playing sports.

We can not only help you get you back in the game, but we will also get you back stronger and faster than before. So you can dominate your sport!

SUCCESS STORIES

"Words cannot describe how thankful I am for George and Chris @ Elite Level Physical Therapy!! I am receiving treatment for a lower back injury currently, and have been for about 4 weeks now. The first time I walked into the P.A.S.S facility, I was welcomed with open arms, and was also booked last minute because of my pain level. Chris took the time to evaluate my injury, even though the program was quite busy, and this really made me appreciate him even more. He really understood what I was going through, understood the problem, the pain, and knew how to fix it.  I have been going twice a week, and I can honestly say this has been the best physical therapy I have ever received. I feel 10 times better than when I walked into the facility the first time, and cannot thank Chris and George enough for their time and patience."

"Chris O'Donnell has been instrumental in getting me where I am today. He helped me overcome bad injuries and got me back playing quickly but also had me feeling stronger than before. Aside from the injuries he has helped keep me in the physical condition needed to compete at all levels, club, college, and the professional level. I owe a lot to Chris and thank him for always being there and helping me become a better athlete."

"My involvement with the Pass program has played a huge role in developing me as a player and as a person. Coach Chris O'Donnell and George Archuleta truly take there time to get to know you on  personally level. They knew my strength and weaknesses, put me through physically testing and strengthening workouts that my mind and body were not use to with a purpose in mind. They knew what it was going to take for me to reach my full potential to prolong my college playing career. They helped me through many injuries throughout the years most known able an ACL injury during my senior year of high school soccer. There was never a time that I doubted the work Chris and George was making me do. Because of them I was back up and running  in 2 months time, I was able to play in my final games of my high school sport career. ever since than I have had no complication with my knee. I was able compete at Division 1 level and played a lot of minutes as a freshman because I was mentally prepared for the amount of physical work that my body was going to do. I am forever thankful for what the pass program has done for me but, most of all I am forever thankful for the opportunity that was presented to build a personal relationship with the people that work there."

George you have helped Rachel set and progressively reach her goals: being a better goalie, transitioning out of goalie, continually improving skills and physical fitness and doing everything to glorify God. You not only train Rachel, you treat her like a daughter! I will be forever grateful for all you do for Rachel, I cannot thank you enough and I look forward to you working with her to reach her new and future soccer goals!  She recently tried out for and made the ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) 02's Team at Sereno Soccer Club. This summer, Rachel will attend the  P.A.S.S. summer camp to help prepare for next season . She also now has the opportunity to attend ODP soccer camp and has been invited to the University of AZ women's camp and 2 ID camps in California as well as the Notre Dame women's soccer camp.

Parents, there is a huge market out there trying to get you to take your child athlete to their training. If you are looking for a more personal training experience, your child truly wants to improve their body, to prevent injuries and improve their game, The P.A.S.S. Program is worth checking into!!!

Playing soccer is the best thing I have ever done, but with the love of the game, there were a lot of times when I got injured as well. I had minor injuries like bruised knee, pain in my wrist, and even quad strains. Even with all these minor injuries, Chris O’donnell and George Archuleta were my number one caretakers. They would treat me for every little thing I had going on. There were times were I couldn’t pay for treatments, but Chris and George would still provide me with care without charge. They were more interested in my well being than making profit for themselves. The Pass program helped me return stronger and faster after every injury. I had two major injuries, one with my knee and the other with my ankle and it was with Chris and George that I went to for treatment and for conditioning. There were times when I thought about quitting, but they would push me even harder. it felt like they weren’t giving me a break, but after seeing where I am today, I now know they did everything out of love. They always believed in me and never gave up on me, even when I gave up on myself. To be the best, you have to want to be stronger and faster than everyone and if you aren’t training, then your opponent is getting better because they are most likely training. I don’t know where I would be in my soccer career if it wasn’t because of Chris and George who were helpful and loving towards me. I now play D1 soccer and when I look back at some of the injuries I had to overcome and the amount of work I had to put in with these two guys, I would tell you that I was lucky. Lucky to have these two guys who really do have the knowledge and skill it takes to prepare athletes for the future. If I had one recommendation, it would be, go to Chris and George for treatment and go to their pass program. It was definitely worth my time and one day it will make a difference for you. Thank you Chris and George for everything you did for me. I can not thank you enough.
