The goals of the program are varied in nature and will focus on being age/gender specific and team oriented. Specifically, the goals are to:

Incorporate appropriate strength programs into training to enhance the development of player’s game and speed.

Provide the right nutritional education to improve your health as well as take your game to the next level.

Define and employ proper running technique for your sport.

Address linear and multidirectional speed demands of the sport focusing on technique.

Prevent injury by emphasizing proper technique and training.

Enhance reaction speeds and changes in direction specific to your sport.

WINTER BREAK SPEED AGILITY CAMP
We will give you all the tools in this 4-day camp to take your game to the next level. Come join us for a positive and an encouraging experience that will help you dominate your game!

Monday through Thursday - 7:00AM to 9:00AM

The focus of this program will be to provide our athletes the specific training needed to be more competitive as well as athletic in their sport. Over twenty-five years of modifying and sharpening specific exercises will go into this program so that our athletes get the most benefit out of the program and their time.
